CAR VR
For our design capstone project in Stanford's ME 113: Mechanical Engineering Design, our team chose to tackle the imminent challenge of entertaining passengers in self-driving cars. We did so by building a virtual world in which the user moves as the car moves in the real world, making it appear as if riders are travelling through exotic landscapes, rather than making the same daily commute.
